Cobalt is a lovely restaurant located in the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa. Casually elegant,
the dining room's West Indies-style décor creates an air of timeless sophistication, while
floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with menu items such as Ricotta Soufflé pancakes, Grilled
Mahi-Mahi sandwiches and Crispy local Snapper any meal will be special at Cobalt. Enjoy the barrier
island area of Vero Beach and start the day with a lovely breakfast before going to the beach,
