Owner & Chef Domenico “Mimmo” Amelio was born in Naples, Italy and has been in the restaurant business for over 35 years. Start with antipasti, then move on to Scampi Grill’s offering of pasta, chicken, veal, seafood or Mimmo’s signature entrees.
