The Mandarin is a wonderful new upscale chinese restaurant located where Carmel's used to be in Vero Beach. Hong Kong born Tom Ngai opened this restaurant recently offering asian cuisine, sushi and thai dishes.

The dining room has been nicely redecorated. The mandarin will also specialize in authentic Cantonese &
Szechuan inspired dishes.
